Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and RayzenTech, the publisher of HippieStay. They cover the HippieStay website and the HippieStay mobile application.

You accept these terms when you create an account or sign in. If you do not accept them, do not create an account and do not use account-based features.

You must be at least 13 years old to hold an account, and old enough under the law where you live to enter a booking agreement before you make one.

You are responsible for everything done through your account. Keep your password and your verification codes to yourself, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used your account.

HippieStay has no tolerance for objectionable content and no tolerance for abusive users. This is a condition of holding an account, not a guideline.

You may not post, upload, send or link to content that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, bullying, hateful, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, violent or graphic; that sexualises or endangers a minor; that promotes self-harm, terrorism or illegal activity; that invades someone else's privacy; or that is a scam, fraud, impersonation or spam.

You may not harass, stalk, threaten, intimidate or abuse another person on HippieStay, in a post, a comment, an event, a review, a booking message or anywhere else the service lets you reach someone.

You may not post content you do not have the right to post, and you may not use HippieStay to collect other people's information or to interfere with the service.

Every piece of content shown to you can be reported, and every account can be blocked. Use the report control on a post, reel, profile or event to tell us what is wrong, and use block to stop seeing anything an account posts. Blocking is silent — the person is not told.

We review reported content within 24 hours. Content that breaks the rules above is removed, and the account behind it is suspended or permanently terminated. Serious cases are ejected immediately and without warning, and may be referred to the authorities.

New posts may be held for review before they appear. We may remove content or restrict an account at any time where we believe these rules have been broken, and we do not have to warn you first.

Blocking is yours to use whenever you want it, for any reason, and needs no report. You can see and undo your blocks at any time from Advanced settings.

What you post stays yours. By posting it to HippieStay you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for display, and show it within the service and in promotion of the service, for as long as you keep it posted.

You confirm that you own what you post or are allowed to post it, and that it does not break the Community rules above or anyone else's rights.

Deleting content or your account removes it from HippieStay. Copies may remain in routine backups for a limited period, and we may keep what we need to handle a report, a dispute or a legal obligation.

A stay is an agreement between you and the property, and an event is an agreement between you and its organiser. HippieStay lists them, takes the booking and handles payment; it is not the host, the organiser or the operator, and it does not own or run the properties listed.

Prices, availability, deposits and cancellation terms are set by the host or organiser and shown before you confirm. Paying a deposit confirms the booking on the terms shown at that moment.

Content published by hosts, organisers and other travellers is theirs, not ours. We do not warrant that a listing, review or post is accurate or complete.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms, that we reasonably believe is being used to harm someone, or where we are required to. A terminated account cannot sign in, and its content is hidden.

You may close your account at any time from Advanced settings, or by asking us at the address below.

HippieStay is provided as it is and as available. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and to the extent the law allows we exclude implied warranties.

To the extent the law allows, RayzenTech is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability arising from your use of HippieStay is limited to the amount you paid us through it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms when the service or the law changes. The revised terms are published here with a new date, and continuing to use HippieStay after that date means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
